Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
When you enroll, you begin with a 7-day free trial. At sign-up, you must provide a valid payment method through our secure Stripe checkout. Your payment method will not be charged during the free trial. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged.
2. Subscription Billing
If you do not cancel during the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and renew each billing cycle at the subscription fee shown at checkout, billed to the payment method you provided. Charges will continue on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting STOP or CANCEL to 833-573-6428. Cancellations are not accepted through email.
Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
You will immediately stop receiving access to the Service once your cancellation is processed.
You will receive a text message confirming your cancellation.
4. Refunds
If you cancel during a billing period, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for unused days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method provided at sign-up.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original charge.
Refunds are not provided for coaching or lessons already delivered, lack of results, or missed participation.
5. Exceptions
We may issue additional refunds or credits at our discretion in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or service interruptions caused by technical issues.
6. Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance via text, email, or posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after notice means you accept the updated policy.
