The two ways out

Stop. You can stop any time. No more payments are taken, and your texts keep coming until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refund. Ask within 7 days of any payment and we refund that payment in full, no reason needed. Your texts stop when the refund is made, and no more payments are taken.

Anything free

Anything we offer free needs no card, and it never turns into a charge.

What you pay

The price, the number of payments and the payment dates are shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation. Any later payments are charged automatically, on the dates shown, to the same card. Nothing is charged beyond what was shown when you joined. We send a reminder before each scheduled payment. You never owe a later payment.

How to stop

Use the manage link in your payment confirmation, or
Email support@datingafterdivorce.com.

Texting STOP also ends your texts and any future payments. It is not a refund request.

How to get a refund

Email support@datingafterdivorce.com within 7 days of the payment. The 7 days count from the day you were charged to the day you ask. The 7 days apply to each payment. After 7 days, payments aren't refunded.

Requests are handled once a day. Refunds go back to your card, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your place in the course is saved if you want to come back.

If a payment fails

We try again and let you know. If it still fails, your texts stop. You owe nothing, and your place is saved.

If we got something wrong

If you were charged twice, or charged after you stopped, email support@datingafterdivorce.com and we will fix it.
